Joshua started his career in the fire protection industry in 2002. He's been the co-founder of three other fire protection businesses, Firesmith Inc., Certified Fire & Safety LLC and Genesis Fire Protection, Inc. During his career he has become expert in the fields of pre-engineered fire suppression systems and portable fire extinguishers.

Leeann Martin, General Manager:

Leeann has extensive experience in the construction industry and the field of customer service. She has been working in the fire protection industry since 2010 and is the 'go to' person at G.R.I.M.
